Answer: For the best results, please upload a clear, high-quality photo where your poses and outlines are easy to see. Since our artists create a minimalist, faceless line-art design, distinct poses—like holding hands, hugging, or sitting together—translate beautifully into embroidery!


2. How long does it take to receive my custom order?

Answer: Because each piece is individually hand-drawn and custom-embroidered just for you, please allow [7-14] business days for production before your order ships. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Answer: Yes! Our crewnecks feature a standard unisex fit, making them relaxed and comfortable for everyone. If you prefer a trendier, oversized look, we highly recommend sizing up one or two sizes. Please refer to our size guide in the product images for exact measurements.
