Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

A: Since our products are personalized just for you, we start the production process very quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@ElovUs.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes as your item may already be in production.

A: To ensure the fastest delivery times, we do not send design proofs. Our expert team will ensure your text and design are beautifully formatted based on the details you provided.

A: Please double-check all spelling and personalization details before checking out! Elovus is not responsible for typos or mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process

A: Getting your custom piece right takes a little time!

  • Production Time: It takes 3-5 business days to design, craft, and pack your personalized item.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 14-17 business days.

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track My Order" page to see exactly where your package is.

A: Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. We hope you understand that a custom piece cannot be resold.

A: We are so sorry about that! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or features the wrong customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ElovUs.com. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost.

A: We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our apparel is generally true to size, but if you prefer a cozy, oversized fit for your sweatshirts, we recommend sizing up!
